Refund & Exchange Policy for Books

General Policy

We do not have a “Money Refund” policy for books. Products purchased during any sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return. Please order carefully.

However, we offer the following options:

  • Exchange for another book (subject to stock availability)
  • Gift Coupon for the value of your purchase, redeemable on your next purchase

Gift Cards and Coupon Codes can be used during sales.

Exchange Policy for Books

✅ Exchange Window:
Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The book must be unused, unread, and in its original condition with no damage, markings, or wear.
  • The book must be returned with the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Books showing signs of use or damage (unless received in that condition) will not be eligible for exchange.

✅ Valid Reasons for Exchange:

  • Wrong book received
  • Damaged book received
  • Manufacturing or printing defect

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized, signed, or special edition books
  • Digital products (e-books, audiobooks)

✅ Exchange Process:

Customers must initiate an exchange request on our Exchange/Return Portal.

Once approved, the book will be picked up, and upon inspection, the exchange or gift coupon will be processed.

Pickup will be attempted 2 times; if unsuccessful, we request the customer to ship the product at their own cost.

✅ Stock Availability:
Exchange is subject to availability. If the requested replacement is not in stock, a Gift Coupon will be issued for the original purchase value.

✅ Final Decision:
Super Learning Super Child reserves the right to decline an exchange if the policy conditions are not met.

Return Policy for Books

We do not accept returns for books. Only exchanges or gift coupons are provided under the terms mentioned above.

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances as we have a strict no refund policy.

We’re committed to helping you and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Our customer care team strictly follows brand policies and is not authorized to make exceptions. We kindly request customers to avoid disputes over policies to prevent delays in resolution.
