Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer money refunds. Instead, we provide an exchange or a gift coupon that you can use on your next purchase.

Can I return a book if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns for books due to change of mind. Only exchanges are allowed under specific conditions (e.g., wrong book received, damaged product).

How long do I have to request an exchange?
You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

What are the conditions for an exchange?
The book must be unused, unread, and in original condition
Packaging and tags (if any) must be intact
The book must not show any damage, markings, or wear

When is an exchange not possible?
We cannot offer an exchange if:
The book has been used or damaged after delivery
The item is a custom-made, personalized, or special edition product
The request is made after 3 days of delivery

How do I request an exchange?
You can submit an exchange request via our Exchange/Return Portal. Follow the steps to complete your request.

Will I be charged for an exchange?
The first exchange is free
A second exchange for the same product will incur a charge of ₹250
If we attempt pickup twice and fail, you’ll need to arrange shipping at your own cost

What if the book I want in exchange is out of stock?
If the requested replacement is not available, we will issue a gift coupon equal to the original purchase value, valid for 180 days.

Can I cancel my order?
No, once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed as we have a strict no refund and no cancellation policy.

How do I use my gift coupon?
You can apply your gift coupon at checkout on your next purchase. Please note:
The coupon is valid for 180 days from the date of issue
The new order value must be equal to or higher than the coupon amount
Orders placed using store credits are not eligible for exchange/return

Do you allow returns for digital products?
No. Digital products like e-books or audiobooks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How do I contact customer support?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding to international markets in the future.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to check the delivery status anytime.

My book arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please email support@superlearningsuperchild.in with your order number and photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with an exchange or a store credit based on availability.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using the available payment methods at checkout.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, no changes or modifications can be made after an order is placed, including product selection, address, or contact details. Please check your order carefully before confirming.

Can I use more than one coupon code in a single order?
No. Only one coupon code can be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined or stacked.

Can I exchange a book for a different title?
We only allow exchange for the same title in a different size or version (if applicable), or for a defective/wrong product received. We do not allow exchanges for a completely different title.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, gift wrapping is not available. However, we are working on adding this option soon!

Are all books brand new?
Yes. We sell only brand new, unused books. We do not sell second-hand or pre-owned books.

Is my personal information safe?

Do you offer bulk discounts for schools or institutions?
Yes! For bulk purchases, please email info@superlearningsuperchild.com with your requirements, and our team will get back to you with a quote.

What happens if I miss a delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We can reship it after collecting additional shipping fees.

Do you accept returns or exchanges for sale items?
No. Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for return. Exchange is allowed only if stock is available, under the usual exchange conditions.

What if I don’t redeem my gift coupon within 180 days?
Gift coupons expire 180 days from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we cannot extend or reissue an expired coupon.

Why do you charge for the second exchange?
We offer the first exchange free as a courtesy. A charge of ₹250 applies for a second exchange to cover shipping and handling costs.

Can I exchange or return a book without the original packaging?
No. To be eligible for exchange or return, the product must be in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact. Returns without original packaging will be rejected.

What happens if I send back a used or damaged product?
If a returned product is found to be used, damaged, or not meeting our exchange conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no exchange or coupon will be issued.

I forgot to apply my coupon at checkout—can it be applied later?
Unfortunately, coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We cannot retroactively apply a coupon to an order that has already been placed.

Do you offer books in regional languages?
We primarily stock books in English and Hindi. For specific language requests, please contact info@superlearningsuperchild.com and we’ll let you know if we can source it.

Can I pre-order upcoming book releases?
Currently, pre-orders are not available. We only list books that are ready to ship from our inventory.

Do you provide invoices for all purchases?
Yes. A digital invoice is automatically emailed to you after order confirmation. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse or office?
We operate as an online-only store and do not offer local pickups. All orders are shipped to your provided address.

What if I accidentally placed duplicate orders?
Please email info@superlearningsuperchild.com immediately with your order numbers. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel the duplicate. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Why does my order have multiple packages?
Sometimes, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability at different warehouses. You’ll receive tracking info for each package.

Are there any hidden fees at checkout?
No hidden fees. All charges (product price, taxes, shipping) are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Do you offer memberships or loyalty programs?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on a rewards program to give back to our loyal customers! Stay tuned for updates.

Can I gift books directly to someone?
Yes! You can enter the recipient’s name, address, and phone number at checkout to send the books directly to them. Please note, gift messages or gift wrapping are not available yet.

What if the book I want is out of stock?
You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page. We’ll email you once it’s available again.

Do you sell used, second-hand, or damaged books at a discount?
No. We only sell brand new, unused books. We do not deal in second-hand or damaged inventory.

Do you provide reading recommendations or book bundles?
Yes! You can check our curated learning bundles and book recommendations on our website under the “Featured Collections” section.

I made a mistake in my shipping address—can I change it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email info@superlearningsuperchild.com immediately with the correct address. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

Can I request a specific delivery date?
We do not offer scheduled delivery services. Delivery timelines are based on courier partner estimates and logistics.

Yes! Gift coupons can be used during sales, but they cannot be combined with other discount codes.

No. Returns are not accepted for incorrect selection or change of mind. Please review your cart carefully before completing your order.

Will I receive a physical catalog of books?
We currently do not print or mail physical catalogs. Our full collection is available online at superlearningsuperchild.com.

Can I cancel my order after payment?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances as per our store policy. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Do you price match other online stores?
We do not offer a price-matching policy. Prices are fixed as listed on our website, considering the quality and curated nature of our products.

Why are some books marked ‘non-returnable’?
Books marked as non-returnable are either custom-printed, special orders, or sensitive products that can’t be resold once opened.

Do you sell digital books or e-books?
Currently, we only sell physical books. Digital formats are not available through our store at this time.

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for purchases on our website. However, shipping charges may apply depending on the order total.

Can I request a book that’s not listed on your website?
Feel free to email us at info@superlearningsuperchild.com with your request. While we may not stock every title, we’ll try to source it or recommend alternatives.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be purchased online and sent via email to the recipient.

Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of refund.

Can I combine a gift card and a coupon code in one order?
No. At this time, our system allows only one code per transaction, whether it’s a coupon or a gift card.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it after you pay for the additional shipping charges.

Do you restock out-of-print books?
Once a book is officially out of print by the publisher, we cannot restock it. We recommend purchasing limited titles promptly.

Are the books packaged securely for shipping?
Yes. We take care to pack books in protective material to avoid damage during transit. If you do receive a damaged book, contact us within 48 hours.

Do you offer book subscriptions or monthly boxes?

Do you ship to remote or rural areas?
Yes, but delivery timelines may be longer for remote locations. Some pin codes may have limited courier service—check availability at checkout.

Are all books available for immediate dispatch?
Most books are in stock for immediate dispatch, but pre-orders or special items may have longer processing times, indicated on the product page.

Can I request a personalized message inside the book?
Unfortunately, we do not offer personalized inscriptions or notes inside the books at this time.
